Privacy Policy

The VPC Partner Portal (“the app”) is provided by Virtual Profit Cooker, LLC (“VPC”, “we”, “us”) to the restaurant owners who license our virtual delivery brands (“you”). This policy explains what the app collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your account email. You sign in with the email address on your store’s account. We use it only to authenticate you and to link you to your store(s).
- Your store’s business data. Once signed in, the app shows information about your own store — your gross sales, your delivery orders, your menus, your customer ratings, and your monthly performance briefs. This data belongs to your business; the app displays it back to you.
We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, or device advertising identifiers. We do not ask for payment information in the app.
How we use it
- To sign you in and show you your store’s orders, gross sales, menus, and reports.
- To send you push notifications you opt into (for example, new-order alerts and account updates). You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone’s settings.
- To operate, secure, and support the portal.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites, and the app contains no third-party advertising.
Who can see your data
Your store data is visible to you and to your Virtual Profit Cookers team (your rep and our operations staff) so we can support your store and build your menus and reports. We use trusted infrastructure providers (for hosting, database, and notification delivery) that process this data on our behalf under their own security terms; they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Data security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured infrastructure. Access to your store data is restricted to your account and authorized VPC staff.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your account and store data for as long as your store partners with VPC. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact your VPC rep or email us at the address below. Note that some order and sales records may be retained where we have a legal or legitimate business reason to do so.
Children
The app is a business tool intended for adult restaurant owners and operators. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above when we do.
